Ingredients

Frappuccino Base

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions

Freeze the Base

  1. Whisk together the coffee, milk, heavy cream, caramel sauce, sugar, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.

Spin

  1. Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami.
  2. Select Lite Ice Cream.
  3. After the first spin, create a small hole in the center.
  4. Add about 3 tablespoons of milk or half-and-half.
  5. Press Respin until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Assemble

  1. Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of your glass.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with the Frappuccino.
  3. Add another drizzle of caramel.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass.
  5. Top generously with whipped cream.
  6. Finish with more caramel sauce and the caramel crunch topping.
